I've setup a site configuration and have the problem that the radios stay turned off. We have two SSIDs (Bridged@AP). Admin mode is on, SSIDs are enabeled on both radios.

The customer use firmware 8.32.14.0002. Did anyone had the same issue?

Best Regards

If they are reporting to the controller, but not broadcasting, it is usually a MTU issue. When I send AP's to a remote site, I set the MTU on the AP to 1400. Hope this helps anyone in need

+1 for MTU isssue - the AP is "green" on the GUI but radio is off.

Check the log - reboot the AP - do you get "Blacklist successfully sent..." then it's OK - if not it's an MTU issue.

Awesome! let us know how it goes

Hello Joseph thats a good idea. I know the right MTU size is important, but I've checked during my short remote session. I will tell my customer to check this.
