Hi,

we have a recurrent problem that the Netlogin Ports were disconnect.


<Erro:AAA.RADIUS.QueueFull> Slot-1: RADIUS queue is full, check RADIUS configuration and/ or check RADIUS server.


How can i troubleshoot it?

Switch type and code version are almost always relevant to an issue.

What type of switches are in this stack?
What version of code are you running?
If this is an xos stack, what is the output of:
show config aaa detail

Hello holden,

This message shows that 
 - The RADIUS request queue has reached its maximum limit. AAA will not send any more requests to any RADIUS server until the queue goes below its maximum limit.

"show radius" from switch will help you to check the radius statics on the switch.
 
Also verify that the radius configuration is correct, and ensure that configured on radius servers are operational and reachable.

Hi,

the issue is gone since on the core switches the module connected on the uplink restarted due to a memory leak.
