Hi Peter,

Please try to log into the download portal and check if you still have the last software available for download at the time of contract expiry with the switch serial number.

The below is the link to the download portal,

Yeah I have done. There is nothing there for this switch.

Hi Peter,

I cannot think of a way except the software be made available for this serial number with a proper contract.

With the SSH module installed, try the steps in this article: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?n=000001266

Hi there,

Tried the instructions in the document but it keeps saying ssl module not installed.

Have verified that the ssh module is installed and running.

Many thanks

Just wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light as to why the above article didn't work?

Hi Peter,

Can you provide the results of a "show version images", "show switch" and "show management"? Please redact any personal information that may be in those outputs. I'm mainly just concerned with the active switch partition, if the xmod is installed, and if its applied to the switch.

Thanks
Brad
