I do have two switches B2G124-48P AND B5G124-48, that both of them boot loop. I have tried to search for solution on the internet without success. Any ideas please?

If the B5 presents the exact same message please capture the logs (just as you've done with the B2) and open a case with the GTAC to request replacement of the defective hardware.
Please, make sure to mention the article "In hpcBroadInit:1003, could not find the board" when you speak with an engineer.

What is the situation of the B5 switch?
