The Information Development authors thank you for your sincere and honest feedback in our recent documentation survey. For those who left their contact information, we will be contacting you in the coming months to get clarification and help us test new documentation features.

As you can see from the survey results infographic below, there are some issues and gaps, and we are actively working on improving them in the following ways:

  • Better searching in our HTML documentation and more relevant search results. We're also implementing search facets so you can filter results by product and release.
  • Documentation change list at the beginning of most documents that will show, at a minimum, new product features. We are also working on coming up with other categories for this change list.
  • Better configuration examples. We're working with GTAC and development to come up with typical configuration scenarios and Extreme-verified configurations. Stay tuned!
If you have additional suggestions, please leave a reply here or contact us at internalinfodev@extremenetworks.com.
