Unable to launch Netsight application

Greetings Extreme Networks,

We are a customer in Lusaka Zambia, and are getting an error below "Unable to launch application" when opening netsight.

We have rebooted the Netsight server and all services are running but to NO avail.

Any pointers?

Hello,

I would suggest running through the following article to see if it resolves the issue.

If you are unable to connect to the NetSight server, and are still seeing OutOfMemory conditions I would recommend contacting GTAC at this point to get a case created for further investigation.

Hi Kombe, it's been a few weeks since the last update here and I wanted to see if you were able to resolve the problem since then.

Updated to -Xmx2048m value and restarted the Netsight service. still getting the same error.
