Unable to save the configuration in Extreme X250e-48p stack switch. Its giving the below error while saving.

(Stack.7 # save

The configuration file primary.cfg already exists.

Do you want to save configuration to primary.cfg and overwrite it? (y/N) Yes

Synchronizing configuration to backup ........... done!

error while tarring/zipping config, config could not be saved on Standbys!)

thanks Sowjanya GTAC will need to look at the Show Tech to see what might be going on. As Stephane said this could range from a corrupt config to low memory to something else.

GTAC is really the best approach to getting it resolved.

Config is also copied to the backup in a stack. As Paul suggested, please open a case with GTAC, that can be a corrupted CF, or something...

There are 3 switches in the stack..

Image running in the device is ExtremeXOS version 12.5.1.6
