I have a new home network, and I've identified all the MAC address in the network MAP; however, one new MAC address  just showed up today, and I cannot figure out what company's device has the address. The network normally has a max of 24 devices; however, I'll be adding at-lest 4 more soon. Before I add more, I want to know what all the devices on my home network are with respect to their MAC address.

How do I find out what manufacturer makes a device for: C0:E3:1C:40:C0:E3?

I've double checked the MAC address, so I know it's right, but it does not show up in any MAC address list and I've check a number.

You could lookup a vendors MAC by using a online webpage like http://www.coffer.com/mac_find
But the one that you've listed couldn't be found.
So try to find on which port you learn the MAC and check the cable to identify the device.
