Sometimes there are questions or problems asked here on The Hub that are simply better suited to be resolved by our award-winning GTAC team.  Such occasions are generally pointed out by someone requesting that you "open a case with GTAC."  If you've ever wondered how to do that, look no further...  We've just published our re-vamped GTAC User Guide.

We have updated the link above to the GTAC User Guide. We have a new version of the guide which includes some information about the Extreme Portal.
