I have a switch Summit X450e-48p. It is running a firmware version 12.4.4.8 v1244b8-patch1-2. I want to update/upgrade to the latest. My issue here is 1) where can I go to download the lattest version of firmware, and 2) If somebody out there be so kind enough to provide me or direct to a documention of step by step of update/upgrading a firmware on a swich without flying it. I am pretty new to Extreme Xos enviroment. Thanks so much.

The above link will provide access to software downloads if you have login access.
To request login access contact Extreme TAC.

upgrade procedure
1.TFTP server connectivity to switch must be established
2.from switch cli -----------download image <tftp ip>  exosfilename vr vr-mgmt/default
The above command will copy the exos to switch and install it.

Hi Murilo,
Take a look at this article to help know which versions are supported.
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/Which-version-of-EXOS-code-is-supported-on-my-hardware/

Regarding not being able to see any software newer than 12.1, it is likely due to software entitlement status.  If you'd like to open a support case, GTAC can take a look at what's going on.
I can help you here if you will start a new topic marked "private."  Just include your serial number so that I can look it up.
