Please log into the CLI of the controller and enter "show adoption status"

It will list all the APs adopted by the controller. Please verify the ADOPTION STATUS. Anything other than "CONFIGURED" is an error an must be addressed. It will also prevent any configuration updates to be pushed to the APs

Also, check the AP profile you have for that RF-domain potentially its configured not to take configuration ' no autoinstall configuration '.
