With that setup, you should be able to go all the way to 16.1.2 if you wanted to be on the latest firmware. As I mentioned in the thread linked above, the current recommended release for the BD8800 is listed as EXOS 15.6.3.1-patch1-5. You should know that v15.6.3.1-patch1-9 was released since that document was published and supersedes the patch1-5 recommendation it lists.

Ok thanks it looks like the last supported firmware version is 12.5.4.5-patch1-6(according to the available downloads), however the the switches are running 12.6.2.10. I will most likely call gtac to get more information.
