WLAN Cloud Service

Dear all,

i tried to build my first configuration with the new Cloud Service (great idea, BTW), but in my eyes one thing is missing, a licence to manage other Components than the APs.

In my particular configuration (Outdoor-Hotspot) i need a bunch of AP3865 connected via fiber to two x440-24x.
I quoted #ofAP CloudLicenses to manage them and the connected users, but according to the openbook there is no possibillity to legally manage the switch in this case, managing them makes sense....

Are there any plans to add a annual Subscription for additional devices to the cloudoffering?

Tom

We will consider enhancements to the cloud service model in the future once our Partners have had success rolling out the current program.  The immediate need was to address wireless cloud deployments at a fix cost, but NetSight gives us the opportunity to expand beyond wireless in the future.

Thanks,

Will

Will,

if i want to add a redundant V2110, should i add a WS-V2110-9-ROW or second CS-WLANROW9?

Thanks,

Tom,

You would need to add a second CS-WLANROW9 in your order to provide redundancy.

Thanks,

Will
