XMC - No duplex information for Cisco Switches

Hello everybody,

I manage some Cisco switches with XMC. All works fine but I in the "Interface Details" view (device menu -> Portview->Network Information) I can't see the duplex information there is only the information "N/A". I use different switch types therefore I think this is a general Cisco problem.

Is there a way to receive the duplex information in XMC?
Maybe in another view?

This is currently a known issue with the product and development is working on a fix that is currently targeted for release in 8.2
