Azara to ExtremeCloud Subscription license?

Hi everyone,

What is the service part I need to purchase for using ExtremeCloud Subscription with the WiNG APs in new version 4.11 like azara service part?
It is not shown clearly in the ExtremeCloud datasheet,

Hi Bin,

Still a problem not clear is there are many service part to choose and either I only purchase one of them to be used full features of ExtremeCloud or have purchase more one part number license to active ExtremeCloud on the AP like ExtremeGuest?

E.g: "37421" is the PN to active ExtremeGuest for one AP and " 95603-S20371, 97003-S20371 " are service part for it.

The thing that I need is the PN of ExtremeColud like "37421" of ExtremeGUest.

Hi Son, Sorry for the delay response. The Azara SKU are EOS as of October 15, 2017. ExtremeCloud partnumbers for 1yr, 3yr and 5yr subscription service for access points will available for ordering. You need to purchase one subscription service for your access point based on how many you wants to be support.

There is no PN as "37421" in ExtremeCloud.

Thank you so much. It means I can choose "TAC and OS" or "NBD AHR" or both services for the ExtremeCloud subscription?

E.g: for AP-7502-67030-WR, I can choose " 91000-H30878" or "91004-H30878" or "91007-H30878" or "91008-H30878" part number for subscription, not only must to choose "91000-H30878" part number?

There are only two Subscription Level for ExtremeCloud.
  • Basic subscription includes Expert support
  • Basic subscription includes Expert support and advanced hardware replacement
Back to your question, which ExtremeCloud subscription do you need to select?
Well, that is depends on what kind of service your customer / you request.

If your customer / you only requests Basic subscription includes Expert support from our TAC for 1 year, then you could select "91000-H30878: ExtremeWorks IYR TAC and OS for the AP-7502-67030-WR"

But, If your customer / you requests Basic subscription includes Expert support from our TAC + NBD(Next Business Day) AHR(dvanced hardware replacement) for 1 year, then you could choose "91004-H30878: ExtremeWorks 1YR TAC and OS with NBD AHR for the AP-7502-67030-WR"

The same story is on "91007-H30878" or "91008-H30878".

As summary, you only need to select one of service part numbers based on what kind of service you request, not all of them.
