I know there are a ton of these out there already but figured easier on a new thread. New to me switch that the previous owner says the serial is no longer in his control panel however getting this error. Seeing if I can get this freed up so I can put it into use behind my existing Aerohive APs. Thanks.

Hello, thank you for reaching out and providing that serial number. Usually I would be able to help you with this, but unfortunately the SR22xx and SR23xx switches have a different process for removing these old records that I am unable to perform myself. Could you please open a technical support ticket for this request so our engineers can remove the conflicting records for you?
