Is there a way to downgrade a CloudIQ Pilot account to A Connect one?
If not, is there a procedure to delete an existing account?
there is no downgrade option from Pilot to Connect.

Thanks for the mention @StephanH! Mig, as far as I know there is no way to downgrade from Pilot to Connect, you would need to register for a new Connect instance and build up from there.
To delete an existing instance (Connect or Pilot) we’d need to file a case so we can send the request to our dev ops team. The only information the case should need is your VIQ ID which you can find in Global Settings> VIQ Management.
Could you request the deletion of the VIQ Id: 140652 ?
