I recently got 8 access points that are saying they are already registered. The account they are registered to is no longer active.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out about these devices. I saw your post with these serial numbers on a different thread as well, but just in case you see this one first- We see these devices as registered to other users at the moment, and will need to get their permission to remove these serial numbers from their current registration. I’ve reached out to the original owners already and am waiting to hear back. As soon as I do, I’ll let you know what the status of this request is. Please feel free to reach out for any update anytime!
