Please See Photo, why i can't delete or add a device in extremecloud ?

You can’t directly delete because of the licence limit being exceed. If you select the AP > Unmanage devices it will remove the licence error. Then you should be able to delete it after.

How Can I Converter Pilot to connect ?

There is no way to convert a Pilot XIQ instance into a Connect instance. You’ll have to register for a new XIQ instance and choose Connect during the sign up process. This guide reviews how to register for a Connect instance.
