Onboarded AP is not visible in ExtremeCloud IQ

I’ve on-boarded AP122 in the ExtremeCloud IQ. It shows an AP offline, yet the device is not showing in the “Devices” list. I’m unable to remove it from that cloud as well. Also, I’m not able to add it to another cloud because of this.

Most likely I’d say you’ve got some sort of filter to show only connected devices, or some other sort of filter that’s not allowing you to see it in the devices list. If you clear the filters it should appear again.
