You might want to check whether the switch has Netsight set as a trap receiver and the correct community is choosen.So in the Netsight Console device tree right click on the switch and select "Trap Receiver Configuration" and Apply the settings to the device if there is no trap destination set / or the wrong community.
@Ron,Bingo! got it...Because i stay connected by VPN and the client use my local ip address, now i tried remote session directory server were the netsight installed and got it, sorry for my mistake.;) now i gonna create the alarms!Thanks again!
So, I have more than 10 ports in the same group, are my trunk and uplink ports the software consider just if all ports goes down or not?
