Hi Jairo,

If I got your question correctly, to create a new Netsight user you have to first add the new user in the NetSight Console, then add the new user and its password to the NetSight Server's OS as follows:

From the NetSight Console
  1. Click Tools and select Authorization/Device Access
  2. Select the Users/Groups tab
  3. Under Authorized Users click the Add User button
  4. Type name into the User name pop up and select the Suthorization group
  5. Click OK
  6. New user name appears in the Authorized Users list
From NetSight Server on Linux OS
  1. ssh to NetSight server nd log in as root
  2. execute useradd on the CLI and follw the prompts for username and password

Hi Enrique, thks for the information, but the problem is that I don´t have access to NetSight Console, no access to Web and Java Client.
Hopw I can add the new user with all privileges?

Are you getting invalid user/pass when trying to access the Java Client/Web? Did you forget the admin pass?

exactly? I don´t have access, but my password and all user is true.. is neccesary restart the server?

Could you open a TAC case because we have to work on a remote session for this issue.

As per the first log you are unable to connect the polling appliance 10.120.254.128. which could be communication or SNMP issue.

We have to check below details

Topology , local repository credentials and how its configured.

And solved the problem. Uan had to execute judgment on the database since the NetSight appeared he was asking for LDAP authentication.
