I am running Extreme Management Center 188.8.131.52 and for some reason I cannot log into Netsight Console now. All other legacy applications work normally but during Console’s startup it hangs during this message on its startup splash screen:
“Loading Device Tree”
I’ve tried multiple computers but get the same results. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

I would try following:
- uninstall the java console webstart application
- clear the browser cache including the java cache.
- try again
