It's about Switch Extreme Networks B5K125-24P2 B5 STK 24x3SPD-ATPoE + 2SFPPlus (B5K125-24P2).
The equipment does not start, but the lights are flashing (this is the description of the fault according to the customer).
I am asking for info what are we still doing with the equipment? Where we refer, if there is still a guarantee, etc.

Hi GRomek,

if I'm not wrong the A/B/C-series are under life-time warranty.
I suggest to ask your Extreme Sales Repesentative (or where you normaly buy Extreme components) about how to RMA the device.
Or open a GTAC case and ask them about this.

Have you checked what happend if you connect the console cable to a terminal and the switch boot?
Are there any messages?
