From the bar at top of pane, select support portal.Then from the bottom left, select (in red) Downloads for EOS etc...Here you'll need to enter creds.From the left, select (in red) Switching & RoutingThen select S-series - this will bring you to firmware, release notes and other documentation.Hope that helps,Mike
Looks like a account issue - I'd see every software on the same screen - newest version v8.42.02.So you'd need to check whether there is a valid maintenance contract for the s-series and report that to Extreme so they could fix this for you.-Ron
