NTP process on X350 and X440 show differnet result.

why it show different result

It looks like NTP isn't configured on your X440. That's why they're different.
Take a look at this article for the basics of configuring NTP on an EXOS switch.

Support for NTP on the X430 was ended with the release of 15.6.1. It's in the release notes. To support NTP, you would need an Edge license, and if I'm not mistaken, the X430, being a L2 Switch, only has the L2 Edge License.
