Hello Salvador,

You checked the "show config" to see if the config is missing? This is a stack, did you reboot the entire stack?
Userlevel 1
yes, i reboot the stack and the config lost, yesterday config this in the sw:

BootRom > config noneBootRom > boot after this config the switch lost the config the switch up with factory default [/code]

Can you explain to me why the bootrom was accessed? Was this after it didn't boot into the config or before?

Hello Salvador,

Can you explain the order of events? Config, Bootrom, Reboot?

unconfigure switch all will factory restore the configuration in exos. This is assuming you can login.

ok, in this case reboot the switch and them press space bar and put de command config none and reboot, after when i configure save configuration and reboot the switch lost the configuration

Please emphasize on the order in which it was accessed......We knew t hat you had factory defaulted the switch to unconfigure all.

HI Salvador,

As per the output of show switch, the switch is booted with the "factory default" configuration.
If we reset the switch with the command below,

BootRom > config none

This is an expected behaviour that the switch will boot with the factory default configuration after the command above in the bootrom.

Config Selected: primary.cfg

We might have a problem if you jus reboot the stack now and if it not loaded with the primary.cfg as mentioned above. So, please clarify the issue so that we can help you further.

Thanks.
