Hello Saravana,

The only 1000Base-T module that's supported on the x590 is the "Mgbic 02" module.

The supported modules can be found here: https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/compatibility-matrices/summit-extremeswitching-and-e4g-components-sfp-sfp-qsfp-qsfp28-support/

Hi guys,

May I know that the SFP module 1,25Gbps (1310/1550) single LC or 1,25Gbps (1550/1310) single LC compatible with Switch X590-24x-1q-2c?

I’ve accessed this link (https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/compatibility-matrices/summit-extremeswitching-and-e4g-components-sfp-sfp-qsfp-qsfp28-support/) but can’t search what I need, just see 1490 & 1310 wavelength.

Thanks, @Stefan K. But I have a little question, what if I use SFP module 1310 & 1550 but not 1310 & 1490 as suggested SFP modules in that link?

Hi,

ah, you mean BiDi SFPs? Well, I can only guess, sorry. Usually Extreme is not very strict about unsupported SFPs and since BiDi SFPs are supported by X590 it might also work with different wavelengths.

Best regards
Stefan

Yes, I mean BiDi SFPs. BTW, I’m planning to use module (SMF, Tx:1550nm/Rx:1310nm, 40km, single LC). Hope it can work well on X590.
