How To Configure EXTREME -- X 440-G-48t-10GE4 Switch Stack using MULTI MODE FIBER OPTIC PATCH CORD
Hi, Harish. The MM Fiber Optic patch cords are not supported for use as stacking cables with X440-G2. However, you can use SFP+ direct-attach cables in lengths of 1, 3, 5, and 10 meters. The Selecting Stacking Cables table provides a list of cable types that are supported for stacking with Summit and ExtremeSwitching brand switches.

dear harish
i once tried that setup you mentioned also on x440g2 - the 10 gig ports on the back side
i also had 10gig sfp+ multimode modules and om3 patch cords
it worked!
maybe you need to cross/uncross them
for sure direct attach cables are cheaper, but if you don't have them you should also be able to test it with fibre equipment
