AP130 Firmware Manual Upgrade

Hi,

I’m planning to upgrade the firmware of Aerohive AP130 manually as I’m not able to upgrade them via HiveManager.

 

Currently the firmware running is on HiveOS 8.1r2a.178408. 

Question, is there an upgrade path that I need to follow? or I can just upgrade the firmware straight to AP130-10.0r10b.img.S

Hi Eduardo, you can upgrade directly from 8.1r2 to any later version available. The only stepwise upgrade needed for HiveOS devices is for devices using firmware older than 6.1r6.
