Wireless Appliances Firmwares missing

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I've noticed that wasn't any Wireless Appliance Firmwares available in the Extranet.

Maybe a site issue, because today it shows up again, but no firmwares for C25 or C4110...

AFAIK they still supported... I have customers with scheduled maintenance windows for the weekend running C4110 and C25, but I can't find the firmwares.

Any info???

Could you see them before?
Maybe it's because you don't have maybe no C4110 and C25 under your contract?

Hi Umut,

It's a bit odd, because, as a Partner, I don't have any C5110-SR for example, and I can see it's FW available, but no C4110 or C25.

We are currently involving our IT folks to look at this issue. Your not the only one seeing this.

I've related the information to our IT folks. They are talking another look. Are we certain they have logged out and back in of the portal? Maybe try clearing the browser cache or maybe tried a different browser?

And if they are still having issues, is it ok if we reset their password so we can run some tests real time?

Still not working for Lariana.

She asked if you can reset her password and run some tests over there to find out easily what's going on.

So the only firmware you can't see is the C25?
this folder is typically locked down and only accessible if you have a valid service contract.

yes 😞 we have to renew the contract but I can see all others for C35, ... strange no ?!
