Hi,

you can use all without NAC.

Description you already write.

1. No authentication just a page to maybe accept T&C
2. Classical captive portal with RADIUS authentication (internal AAA is possible)

The other I normally don't use. Is more for self registration.

How to Configure Guest user will log from Captive Portal by OTP/Coupon generation automatically

Hi Sravanamurthy,

What other options are you looking for?

All captive portal options that require username/password login can be used with accounts local to the controller (by configuring the controller to act as a RADIUS server). A separate NAC device is not required.

The following WiNG 5.x Captive Portal guide goes through this process, including creating temporary guest accounts:

Edit: Anilash has linked a new, better document below.

Hi,

My problem is Guest access the ssid, that time mail will send to the authenticate person, after that person approve the access through mail to the guest.

What are the requirements need to solve this problem?
Is there any special configuration to work with AP VC configuration (Advanced GUI interface)?

Hi Saravanamurthy,

If you are looking for a sponsored authentication (guest reaches SSID, puts his e-mail, then a message goes to a 'sponsor' and that person approves the guest), on WiNG it can be run with ExtremeGuest solution or with Extreme Access Control.

Hope that helps,
Tomasz
