Hello Phil,

this usually means those have a crash file on them.

Once you delete this (and commit & write to apply changes), it will look normal.

Hi Ondrej
many thanks for that, spot on, I'll keep an eye on those devices to see if crash files come back, But I think it may have been the power outage that we had
Dear @Ondrej Lepa

I have more crash file. How to delete all them quickly? Why is there so much crash files

Thanks

Hi Tuan,

either use below process as described by Phil, or use CLI to do the batch remove as shown here

or using controller's GUI

Hi Tuan
I think you have to go to each device, if you go to Devices / operations and then select the device from the lefthand view then in the middle view

the crash file will appear under filename, highlight it and select delete at the bottom, Some on the crash files I had were from 2016, so filed them in B1N

The steps outlined by Ondrej, using the CLI from the wireless controller, is the best and quickest method to remove all crash files from all devices within the rf-domain. If multiple rf-domains are configured, the remote-debug command would need to be issued for each rf-domain.
Perfecto me funciono por lineas de comando mas rapido
