Unable creating user accounts on NAC Portal

Hi Guys,

I'm kinda new here having an issue on my Extreme Management Center when creating a user account for any user, I realize that when I create a user without changing the expiration date (default) the account is created but if I try and change the account expiration date to any time I get logged out of the account creation page and it puts me back to the login page.

This is currently a known/logged issue and is assigned to Development for a fix in a future release. Note that this only happens (or should only be happening) when using the calendar widget. If you manually enter in the expiration values, it should save without issue.

Please post a screenshot of the window that you are talking about and the software version.

Hi Ronald,
Thanks for your reply, I am attaching 3 pictures that shows 1st windows wich is the loguin page, 2nd windows being the user registration page and 3rd windows which is the windows I get when I hit the submit button. Please also note that If I dont change the expiration date the account is successfully created, this only happens when I try to change the expiration date.
