Do you see any reason ?
Can you check the time on the AP ? "show clock"
There could be a time mismatch between the time you have allowed for user and the actual time on the AP
Could be an issue with radius also. If setting the time doesn't work, run this command and check for any radius errors..
remote-debug wireless rf-domain clients all max 999 duration 999 events all
