RF Planner Problem (Floor Plan)

Hi Experts,

I know the RF Planner very well.
Since last week, in new projects, the saved floor plans are no longer displayed.

  • I can load plans
  • The plan is displayed.
  • After I changed the window, this plan is no longer displayed. 
  • Error Message: Failed to download image
  •  
  • After that Message no Floor plan is visible.

Hi Joe, I’d recommend opening a support case for this so we can start collecting data from your specific XIQ instance to troubleshoot this with you.

i mean the online planning tool

Our customers like the reports.
I know the IRIS an XIQ WiFi Planner integration, but I missing the great Reports.

I also have the same problem for a few weeks.
I have opened a case but have not received a solution.

I have some projects blocked for this problem.

I'm having same issue here, unable to generate a report nor exporting the plan!

Wireless Plan tool is a nice and important tool to helping us offering Extreme WLAN.

Thank you for your patience here. I am told by the team that supports the wireless planner that we are currently performing maintenance on that tool. You should see a banner similar to this: 

 

Maintenance - Wireless Planner is undergoing maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

 

Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA for when this will be completed just yet, but I will keep you all updated as I learn more.
