Symptoms
Possible module reset.
"Dune[<slot>.dTcmTask]FAP 0" errors visible in the output of a 'show support'.

For example:

<0>Dune[3.dTcmTask]FAP 0, slot 3 detects a recoverable error FAP21V_MMU_
PDC_SYNC_ERR(2). However, maximum number of auto-recovery is exceeded.
Board is reset. ( 0x00cb98c4 0x0171fce0 0x018182f8 0x0196abb4 0xeeeeeeee )
