Cannot open a new Support Case


Tried 4 times, with more or less characters in the original message. No luck.

Every time I want to open open a case I get 404.

I believe I've fixed your account. The problem is that it was set up with "No Account Association."

Hi,

I think GTAC should see this. ;)
But whenever your case is urgent, just call them via phone. Line is cost-free and they often resolve the problem with first call. Or at least you see you have someone looking at it, which is motivating from the very beginning.

Yep, I just didn't want to waste their resources as I do not really have support (yet). Was looking to download some MLXe firmware for the lab equipment I have.
