Customer Experience Survey Reminder & Drawing

Extreme Networks is currently conducting a customer experience survey! If you haven't done so, we would greatly appreciate your responses! This survey will help us discover our shortcomings and areas where we can provide better support.

Further, any customer or partner who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of three $75 Amazon gift cards! Simply fill out the survey to be entered into the drawing.

The survey was sent to all customers and partners with an active service contract who have opened a case with GTAC within the past year. The survey link can be found in your email, with the subject "Help us improve our customer experience!"

The last day to complete the survey and be entered into the drawing is March 8th.

Hi Ron,
Good question. The survey was sent out to customers AND partners who opened a case within the past year. All respondents, whether from partners or customers, will be entered into the drawing.
I've updated the post above to make that a little more clear.
