download verification is not working: no download possible

The verification of dowloads shows a row of numbers and letters but no checkbox to choose the account and go further and download the requested software.
Please fix that ASAP !!!

Can you let me know what you were trying to download. The exact URL: or file name would be helpful.

I try to download EXOS, XMC, ... files like updates, releases or ovas ...
Doesn´t matter what kind of file, that doesn´t show the checkbox ...

Can you provide information related to what browser you are using. I'm able to login to with your account using Chrome and it seems to be working fine. The formatting of the page you posted doesn't look correct.

I did this with FF, IE, Chrome and Opera. Always the same !

Additional question: If you are logged in with my account, can you see all my company licenses ?

Normally I would say yes. But with your account it appears there are issues displaying all of them and i'm receiving an error message. Do you know if this is something that has already been reported to us or should I open a ticket with our internal IT department to get it looked at.

I´m not sure about that. So if you can please contact the internal IT to solve this.

I've opened a ticket with our IT team, I'll follow up once I get some feedback from them.
