GTAC Phone System Outage - Restored (April 9)

A problem affecting our phone system provider is preventing our GTAC agents from being able to login to take your calls. We aren't their only customer being impacted by this outage and they are working diligently on restoring service.

Until the issue is resolved, we ask that you please use the support portal or email for case-related activities (new cases, updates, etc.).

We apologize for the inconvenience.

We've received notification that the system is online again and our agents are able to take calls.
