Issues with RMAs being shipped into Mexico

Due to a new regulatory requirement from the government of Mexico, Extreme Networks is seeing delays in being able to provide replacements for open RMA cases. Extreme Networks is currently working to provide information to meet these new requirements in order to resolve this issue and return to normal processes. We will continue to provide updates regarding resolution as we receive them. We understand the inconvenience this may be causing and our teams are working with the Mexican Government to resolve this as quickly as possible.
