New partner portal and GTAC

Greetings guys,

With the new Partner Portal coming alive today, I'm getting some issues...

Some service contracts are missing, some customers are missing at the download validation (even with active contracts), missing access to the Demokit Downloads...

The 0800 phone is not working today from Brazil...

Who should I contact to solve these issues?

Hi Leo,
I've passed this along to the right people so we can look into this.

The old partner portal is active again and you should be able to use it until we sort through some kinks.
Please keep us updated if you find issues!

Are you still having trouble with the 800 number? I asked someone to check and he says it appears to be working.
