Administration of the support portal user

Hello Community!

How can the users assigned to my company (customer) in the Extreme Networks Support Portal be viewed and managed? I have searched intensively but unfortunately I have not found a possibility. Is there a list of all users and if so, who is authorized to manage them?

Background to my question: Retired employees should no longer have access to the company's case management or license administration.
