Can't configure AP230 on ExtremeCloud IQ, getting Error 9

I bought 3 AP230 on eBay, I created an account on ExtremeCloud IQ, and when I start the configuration by entering the devices SN I get the same error for the 3 of them:

"Error 9: The device appears to be in use by another VIQ."

 

Here are the serial numbers:

02301404251071

02301404251089

02301404251580

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Those devices should be free to add to your inventory at this time, could you please try adding them one more time?

Awesome, thank you so much for the quick turn around!

It worked for 2 of them, but for 02301404251580 it still says “The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.".

 

Can you please unlock this as well?
