Hi Paulo, Copper/UTP SFP+ do exist, but not in any Extreme approved part. I believe the main problem with being able to use or support them is the inability to provide sufficient power over the interface to the SFP+ itself.
Extreme makes 1m, 3m, and 10m copper SFP+ cable assemblies. Part number for one meter is 10GB-C01-SFPP and their description is 10Gb, pluggable copper cable assembly with integrated SFP+ transceivers, 1 meter... We have used these going from 670's to 460 and such and there are some nic cards that support them but problem is if you go outside Extreme gear your choices may be limited as you know some venders limit what can be plugged into their stuff... These are very cost effective for going from switch to switch.
