"502 Bad Gateway" When Logging In


Hi Everyone,
Many of you are probably seeing a "502 Bad Gateway" error when attempting to browse and/or login to The Hub today. This problem is happening on our community provider's side and isn't something that Extreme has direct control over.

I'm posting this from an alternate account since its the only one working for me right now 🙂

I'll share updates as I know more about what's going on here.

For the most part, I'm told this has been resolved. There are still occasional 502 errors being thrown, but they're expected to balance out as our provider's overloaded server is restored.
