Our community platform provider will be performing maintenance on their database servers for performance improvements.

This update will take place on Wednesday January 11, 2017 from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern. During this 60 minute window, The Hub may be unavailable.

They will be posting updates on the Get Satisfaction Status twitter account during the maintenance window. It will be the best place to stay up-to-date on the community during that time.
