X460 Fan module FB Shipping Part?


Hi. I need to do a RMA process for a Summit X460 Fan module FB. I must first send the defective part to extreme in order to deliver me the replacement part?

It depends on which type of RMA for your device. For Return and Replace RMA, you will need to return the equipment prior to getting a replacement shipped to you. You can refer to below article for RMA FAQ.
