Hi All

Just a quick query - we are running XMC with an NMS-ADV license which I believe should provide us access to the Connect API functions.  However, the connect option is not shown in XMC - does this need to be installed or activated in some way?

Thanks

Hi.

correct you need NMS-ADV.

please check:

you need to be Netsight Administrator group member = full rights is not enough.

the connect menu is not displayed after first boot. Restart of the nsserver does fix this issue.

Hi @Zdenek Pala

Thanks so much for your help - this was indeed the issue!  I logged in with a different account with Netsight Admin rights and the Connect menu now.

Thanks again!

Cheers
